Hi, I’m Marta — a coach, but also someone who has struggled with inconsistency in real life.
 

I’ve dealt with:

  • Falling off routines while travelling (and I do travel a lot)

  • Gut issues, eczema flare-ups, inflammation

  • Burnout from trying to “do it all”

  • Starting and stopping fitness (running included) more times than I can count

  • Gaining and losing weight and being unhappy with the way I look

  • Being strict, but not consistent and trying to “fix myself” with more discipline instead of better systems

  • Feeling healthy on paper but terrible in real life

  • Working hard, planning everything, but still feeling chaotic inside.
     

I’ve also reinvented my entire career and lifestyle after moving across the world — while navigating health issues, unpredictable schedules, and the pressure to hold everything together. Through it all, I learnt that HABITS ARE THE HARDEST AND MOST BASIC STEP TO ACHIEVE ANYTHING. And they are an integral part of fitness and a healthy lifestyle.

 

Most coaches sell pretension and perfection. But I’ve lived through the struggles my clients come to me with. That's why I understand it.
