Hi, I’m Marta—also known as the Grumpy Jogger—and I’m thrilled to share my story with you.
CORE isn’t just a business; it’s the culmination of a lifelong passion for understanding the human body, empowering others, and finding the balance between science, movement, and health.
A Passion for the Human Body
From a young age, I was fascinated by how the human body works—its incredible potential and its limitations. This curiosity led me to pursue a degree in Sport and Physical Recreation in my home country of Poland. What started as a love for movement and fitness evolved into a deeper calling: helping others discover their own potential.
My journey into fitness began long before my professional certifications. I started running in my early teenage years, and by the time I was 15, I had taken up rock climbing—a passion I pursued for nearly a decade. Alongside climbing, I regularly went to the gym, swam, and continued running long distances. These early experiences shaped not only my physical endurance but also my appreciation for the mental strength and discipline required to excel in sports.
In 2010, I took my first step into the fitness world professionally, becoming a certified Group Fitness Instructor. Over the next few years, I completed a range of certifications, from personal training to Pilates, endurance training, and beyond. But as I gained experience, I realized something profound: fitness alone wasn’t enough to create lasting change. True health and well-being are deeply tied to nutrition, mindset, and understanding the body as a whole.
Pivoting to Nutrition and Health Psychology
This realization led me to expand my expertise into nutrition and health psychology. I became a certified Precision Nutrition Coach and earned a postgraduate diploma in Dietetics and Health Psychology. I dove into topics like gut health, alternative healing, and the connection between emotions and physical well-being. Along the way, I didn’t just grow professionally—I also began healing myself.
Like many of you, I’ve faced my own challenges. Stress, burnout, and the constant demands of life can take a toll. Learning to prioritize my health and finding balance was a journey that deeply shaped the way I approach coaching today.
The Birth of CORE
CORE Online Coaching was born from my desire to provide more than a one-size-fits-all solution. Over the years, I’ve worked with a diverse range of clients—runners training for marathons, busy professionals juggling work and family, and individuals seeking healing through better nutrition and lifestyle choices.
My mission with CORE is simple: to empower you to take control of your health. Whether your goal is to build sustainable habits, improve your relationship with food, or finally achieve a fitness milestone, CORE is here to guide you every step of the way.
Beyond Coaching
When I’m not coaching, you can usually find me in a Pilates studio, running a new trail, or curled up with my four rescue kitties. I’m a firm believer in the power of movement—not just as a tool for physical fitness, but as a way to connect with yourself and your goals.
Why I Do What I Do
At its heart, CORE isn’t about me—it’s about you. It’s about helping you find clarity, strength, and confidence in your journey. It’s about understanding that health isn’t a quick fix but a lifelong process of growth and self-discovery.
If my story resonates with you and you’re ready to take the first step toward your own transformation, I’d love to hear from you. Together, let’s uncover what’s possible for your health, your body, and your life. ✨
